01Why are you selling Signum?

Because a product deserves the owner who will grow it furthest. Our model: build, run, and sell when a dedicated acquirer can take it further than we can. Signum is ready for that owner.

02Does the platform generate revenue?

Financials are shared under NDA, in the due-diligence package. Stripe billing, plans, and entitlements are integrated and tested.

03Can I review the code before making an offer?

Yes. After the NDA, you receive the full package and a live technical review with code access, before any offer.

04What is the price?

It isn't listed publicly. Submit a letter of intent with your range. Staged payments, earnouts, and other structures are open for discussion.

05What support comes after the purchase?

Technical handover is included. Transition support and customization are scoped in the deal: negotiable, not unlimited.

06What if I only want an adapted version?

That works too: we can adapt Signum to your industry, country, or model, under license, without a full acquisition.
