The daily OS for ADHD.

Resistaa is a full ADHD OS: AI unblock support, daily tools (focus, journal, tasks, goals, routines, weekly review, body doubling), a knowledge hub, plain-language research, and a trust framework — in three languages.

One codebase. Every screen.

These aren't screenshots. It's Resistaa's homepage, rebuilt in code and rendered twice: at 1440 px in the laptop, at 390 px in the phone. The layout really reflows.

For the brain that knows — but can't start

Can't start?Get unstuck from ADHD task paralysis.

Describe something you need to do but feel stuck on. Resistaa turns ADHD task paralysis, procrastination, and executive dysfunction into one small first step.

I can't reply to this email — it's been sitting for 3 days

Unblock me

No account needed · Not a diagnosisEnglishFrançaisالعربية

Try one:

I need to reply to this message, but I keep rereading it instead of answering.

I need to make an appointment call, but I keep putting it off.

My room is a mess and I don't know where to start.

What happens next

  1. 01You write what you can't start, in your own words.
  2. 02Resistaa names the pattern in the way.
  3. 03A first step small enough to take now.

I know what to do.
I still can't start.

That's not a willpower problem. It's a pattern.

Evolution

From a button to a system.

Mar. 2026

Unblock tool

One text field, one detected pattern, one first move. Simple. It worked.

Apr. 2026

ADHD destination

Knowledge Hub, plain-language research, resources, trust layer, and self-check.

Jun. 2026

Daily OS

Focus, check-in, brain dump, journal, tasks, goals, routines, body doubling, and weekly review.

Partner program

Building with specialists.

Resistaa is opening a partner program for ADHD specialists, clinics, universities, authors and associations. The goal: what people read and use between appointments should be written or reviewed by people who know ADHD.

Become a partner

01

Content and books

Articles, reviews, guides and books published in the library, in three languages.

02

Webinars and live sessions

Specialists teaching a topic, live, to the people who need it.

03

Research and advisory

Joint studies with ethics approval, and an advisory board that keeps the product accurate and careful.

04

Clinics and institutions

Offering Resistaa to the people they support, between visits.

Current phase: an open call for expressions of interest. The team reads every request; no consultations are offered today, and nothing is published without a signed agreement.

Why we built this

We built Resistaa because we lived the problem. Not once. Every day.

The unblock tool was an answer to our own friction. When users started coming back — not for an answer, but to understand their ADHD — we realized a button was not enough. It needed to be a system.

— Maison GR

The 7 × 5 model

Seven patterns. Five states.

ADHD does not produce a single form of friction. Resistaa identifies the active pattern — then the current operational state. Both together determine the exact intervention.

35 intersections. One calibrated response for each.

État / Pattern
01020304050607

High energy

Active, cognitively blocked.

Low energy

Inertia + friction.

Active anxiety

Pressure or paralysis.

Distraction

Attention captured.

After failure

Shame from the past cycle.

The intelligence

AI that knows ADHD patterns.

Claude API is not a general chatbot. It is a model trained with ADHD-specific prompts — every call knows which patterns to look for, how to name them, and when to escalate to a different approach.

Non-diagnostic framework — the AI always declares its limits.

1

Free input

The user describes their block in natural language. No form, no imposed category.

2

Pattern detection

The system identifies the dominant pattern among the 7 — no medical diagnosis, no label.

3

State inferred

The operational state is deduced from context: time of day, recent history, message tone.

4

Targeted intervention

One micro-action matched to the pattern × state intersection. Not a generic suggestion.

5

Session memory

Previous attempts are remembered. The AI escalates to a different approach if needed.

Architecture

A daily product and a reference destination.

The platform is built to be discovered through search, understood quickly, and reused at the exact moment a user feels blocked.

0+

ADHD guides

Fundamentals, executive function, productivity, and mental-load support.

7 x 5

friction model

Seven patterns, five operational states, support matched to the exact situation.

0+

daily tools

Focus, check-in, brain dump, journal, tasks, goals, routines, body doubling, and weekly review.

EN/FR/AR

trilingual platform

Product, SEO, content, and user flows in three languages.

See it in action

The platform in motion.

The AI core stays simple: name the block, reduce cognitive load, and return one first move. Around it, content and trust build authority.

resistaa.com

User input

I know what to do. I still cannot start.

Detected patterns

Task paralysis / Perfectionism loop

Memory

Avoids repetition and escalates to a different approach.

Trust

Educational, not medical diagnosis.

Start path

What is happening

The task feels too costly because the first move is undefined. Resistaa separates risk from drafting and makes the action small enough to begin.

1

Open a separate note.

2

Write three points only.

3

Turn one point into a sentence.

Built differently

Not generic productivity. Not therapy.

Productivity tools ignore ADHD friction. Therapy is expensive and weekly. Resistaa sits between: always available, pattern-specific, no medical label required.

×

Notion / Todoist

Open lists, zero ADHD structure

Every unchecked task reinforces the guilt loop. No first move, no memory of the block.

×

Therapy / coaching

Rare access, retrospective, high cost

Help arrives after the block. The interval between sessions is empty space with no support.

✓

Resistaa

Always available, pattern-specific

A named pattern, an identified state, one micro-action now — in 30 seconds.

The real shift

Before.

  • An open loop with no first move
  • Shame for not being able to start
  • Generic tools that ignore ADHD friction
  • A disposable AI answer with no context or memory
  • Googling ADHD alone, at 2am

After.

  • A named pattern, one action, right now
  • Friction understood, not judged
  • A system built for real ADHD friction
  • History, insights, and patterns that get sharper over time
  • Knowledge hub, research, and trust in one place

The 7 patterns

The block has a name.

Resistaa identifies the friction type before generating an intervention: task paralysis, rejection, time, perfectionism, emotion, working memory, or urgency.

01

Task paralysis

You know what to do. You cannot start.

02

Rejection sensitivity

The perceived social consequence blocks initiation.

03

Time blindness

Time feels abstract: no pressure, no movement.

04

Perfectionism loop

The quality bar is too high for a first version.

05

Emotional avoidance

The task carries shame, dread, or discomfort.

06

Working memory overload

Too many open loops to hold the next step.

07

Urgency dependency

Starting only happens when panic is close.

Why Arabic

The only ADHD platform built for Arabic.

ADHD does not stop at language borders. Resistaa is RTL from the architecture up: text, navigation, AI, and content — in native Arabic, not machine translation.

01

Native RTL interface

Text direction, navigation, and logic designed for Arabic from the first commit.

02

AI in Arabic

Patterns, interventions, and explanations generated and presented in Arabic, with adapted ADHD terminology.

03

Trilingual content

Guides, research, and resources available in French, English, and Arabic simultaneously.

Body doubling

Work alongside others, live.

Body doubling is a proven ADHD technique: the presence of another person working nearby helps you start and stay in motion. Resistaa makes it available in one click — no scheduling, no video, no calendar.

01

Open a session

Name your goal or stay anonymous. The session starts immediately.

02

Others join live

Other Resistaa users appear as real-time presence via Supabase Realtime.

03

Work together

Everyone works on their own thing. The presence is enough.

Supabase Realtime presence — live count, no identity shared

Ecosystem

Every page strengthens the product.

The public site is not brochureware. It is SEO and trust architecture that brings users back to practical tools when they need support.

ADHD Knowledge Hub

Guides on adults, women, work, school, relationships, parenting, myths, symptoms, and strengths.

Executive Function

Task paralysis, time blindness, working memory, prioritization, organization, and cognitive overload.

Research Library

Structured studies with authors, year, publication, citations, evidence quality, and filters.

Daily OS

Focus sessions, daily check-in, brain dump, journal, tasks, goals, routines, body doubling, and weekly review.

Resources

Organizations, books, podcasts, communities, articles, tools, and curated references.

Trust layer

Sources, editorial policy, research standards, update history, and visible medical disclaimer.

Infrastructure

Every technical decision answers an ADHD constraint.

Next.js App Router

Language-based routes are baked into the file system. Trilingual SEO is not a plugin — it is the architecture.

Supabase Auth

Google OAuth and magic link. No password to manage during a blocking episode.

Claude Edge Functions

AI calls run at the edge — zero cold start. The response arrives before the momentum disappears.

Realtime Presence

Body doubling via Supabase Realtime: presence without shared identity. Accountability without social anxiety.

Stripe Webhooks

Subscriptions managed server-side. The user never sees an inconsistent payment state.

Hreflang FR/EN/AR

Native trilingual SEO architecture. Every page exists in three languages with localized metadata and sourced content.

Internal tools

The product seen from inside.

A complete admin — users, content, subscriptions, and AI monitoring — with no dependency on a third-party tool.

Dashboard

Active users, MRR, churn, and per-language metrics in real time.

Content

Guides, research, resources — direct editing without an external CMS.

Subscriptions

Stripe status, history, and plan-based access management.

AI monitoring

Claude logs: detected pattern, operational state, latency, escalations.

The platform

Daily OS, AI, content, and trust.

Resistaa brings together a full ADHD daily OS, an adaptive AI engine, a knowledge base, a research library, payments, an admin suite, and a trilingual SEO architecture.

Adaptive engine

7 patterns x 5 operational states. The intervention adapts to the exact friction.

Daily OS

Focus sessions, check-in, brain dump, journal, tasks, goals, routines, body doubling, and weekly review in one space.

Personal insights

Dominant patterns, blocked domains, streaks, trends, and progression history.

Knowledge Hub

54+ structured ADHD topics for education, executive-function support, and trust-building.

Research Center

Plain-language summaries, citations, key findings, and accessible evidence notes.

Trust framework

Medical disclaimer, visible sources, editorial review, and transparent AI limitations.

Blog, self-check & sharing

A moderated blog, a non-diagnostic ADHD self-check, shareable session pages, and PWA install with push notifications.

The brief — this time, the client was us

Help an adult with ADHD at the exact moment they can't start a task, and make it a product people pay for.

Constraints

  • A focused senior team, working with AI agents.
  • A health topic: safety comes before growth.
  • Three languages, including right-to-left Arabic.

Decisions that mattered

  1. 01A safety filter before every AI response: messages showing distress are detected and routed to help before they reach the model.
  2. 02The words on the homepage come from real accounts from the ADHD community, not a copywriter.
  3. 03The first unblock works without an account: value before sign-up.
  4. 04A trust layer: 54+ guides, editorial policy, research standards, and medical disclaimer.
What we'd do differently

We started with daily usage limits, then replaced them with a full free month, no card. For an ADHD audience, a daily counter creates exactly the pressure the product exists to remove.

What it means for your project

If your product touches a sensitive subject — health, money, work — we know how to put safety before AI, build a credible trust layer, and convert without pressuring your users.
